SIOUX CITY -- A Sioux City tattoo parlor supervisor was sentenced to up to five years in prison for punching an employee for wearing sandals and doing work on the weekends.According to court documents, Clifford Eugene Cooper, tattoo schriftzeichen 38, of Sioux City was sentenced Monday for willful injury assault causing serious injury.He had pleaded guilty to the charge.Police say Cooper punched Jeffrey Olson, a fellow employee at Creative Inx tattoo, in Maybroke a bone in his cheek.As part of the sentenceCooper was ordered to pay 9,879.17 restitution to the Iowa Crime Victim Assistance Program.
