WARREN -- They're called 'scratchers,' and to the professional tattoo artist, tattoo orchidee they are targets for scorn.
They're known for applying tattoos in private homes or even at flea markets -- all without much experience or training in health matters or safety.
'I have people come in all the time who say 'I got this tattoo at a party or at a flea market -- can you fix it?' said Lance Kellara professional tattoo artist with his own shop in Chesterfield Township.
